How do I open the tag pane?

I’m a brand-new Obsidian user.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but how do I open the tag pane? I’ve looked all around in the UI and don’t see it anywhere. I’ve searched online as well but haven’t found the answer.

Never mind. I see now that you have to enable it in Settings → Core Plugins.
