How do I keep my plugins and theme settings when moving obsidian vault from iCloud to Dropbox

Things I have tried

I have already manually copied the files and it doesnt keep the plugins. Just the files. All my plugins and appearance settings are lost.

What I’m trying to do

Just moving the storage from Apple to Dropbox as I find iCloud has synching issues

Plugins, themes and most of the settings are kept in a hidden folder inside your vault(.obsidian by default), be sure to also copy this.
