What I’m trying to do
I am trying to use Obsidian for things that I may normally consider Google Sheets for – to make small tables.
However, when doing so, I need more real-estate for those specific types of content.
How do I do this?

I searched for “change width of note”.
The Minimal theme has easy options for something like this.
Have a look at their block width features:
