How can i split a long book(.md) to part markdowns according to its Table of contents

The book is too big to edit smoothly on win10,but it can on android, since I mainly work on windows,so I want to do this,I have seen a method on bilibili ,but the video is very short and very unimportent,and my history is too big to find it.

You can extract selections with the Note Composer core plugin (I don’t know if it uses the same hotkey as the Note Refactor community plugin or if it even has one assigned by default).
