How can I get into contact with the support people

Hello!

I try to get in contact with people who can help me with sync.
I have the sync function on my desktop and tried to establish the sync function on my android device.
After adding my licence key I got the message that I do not have sync.
Please help me with this.

thank you for your answer!
I followed the steps and receive the message: “You do not have an Obsidian Sync subscription yet.” Which is not true (see my previous tread about sync problems :wink: ).
Please help so I can sync my vaults.

You need to log in in all computers/mobiles using the same account info. The account is the one you used to register at https://obsidian.md

there are links to reset your password both when you are logged in and when you are logged out if you forget your password.

May be I do not find the right place but when I go to the sync login page in my mobile app there is only a ‘Sign up now’ link below Login.
Please advice.
