How can I get into contact with the support people


I try to get in contact with people who can help me with sync.
I have the sync function on my desktop and tried to establish the sync function on my android device.
After adding my licence key I got the message that I do not have sync.
Please help me with this.

You need to log in in all computers/mobiles using the same account info. The account is the one you used to register at

there are links to reset your password both when you are logged in and when you are logged out if you forget your password.

May be I do not find the right place but when I go to the sync login page in my mobile app there is only a ‘Sign up now’ link below Login.
Please advice.
