Hotkeys missing for some community plug-ins

The hotkeys list has entries for Hotkeys++, Minimal Theme Settings, Pane Relier, Note Refactor and others, but shows none for Outliner or Sentence Navigator, even though both of their info pages indicate you can customize their hotkeys.

As my screenshot shows, the list goes from “Outline” (a core plug-in) to “Ozan’s…”, with nothing for “Outliner”.

Any idea why the hotkeys would be missing for certain plug-ins? (I’ve uninstalled and re-installed.)

Because not all set them… 600 odd plugins with multiple features, and you can never ensure there will be no clashes so many leave the option to you to decide
