Hotkey to move cursor to start or end of file

Hi there, I’m looking to set up a hotkey to move the cursor to either the end or beginning of the file. I’m currently on Mac OS.

On other text editors, I’m able to easily do this by using CMD + Up Arrow or CMD + Down Arrow.

I’ve noticed I can do this on Obsidian by holding CMD + Up Arrow or CMD + Down Arrow, but I want this to work without holding the key down and just clicking them.

I’ve tried to look into the Hotkey settings to see if I can set this up, but I’m not able to find a way. Can anyone assist me here? Thanks!

Enable sticky keys setting:

On my Mac Cmd-arrow works the same in Obsidian as it does in other apps. I don’t know why it’s behaving differently for you — all I can suggest are generic troubleshooting steps like enabling Settings > Community Plugins > Restricted Mode to see if a plugin is interfering.

Or maybe you have hotkeys set to those combinations (perhaps registered by a plugin) — you can check in Settings > Hotkeys.
