Hotkey find by keystroke to find already assigned hotkeys

Use case or problem

When configuring and customizing the hotkeys I often would like to check if the proposed hotkey isn’t used for something I would like to keep, or maybe first want to re-assign to something else before i add my hotkey to a different action.

Proposed solution

This idea is founded from InteliJ PHPStorm where you can search a hotkey by name and the actual keystroke. It actually filters the commands used. and is very handy.

I think when you assign a hotkey it will tell you if your choice is already in use. I don’t know if it tells you what’s using it, tho.
