Horizontal scrollbar in outline pane is partially obscured

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open demo vault
  2. Horizontally split the pane
  3. Open outline in both panes
  4. Make one of the headings long enough to create a horizontal scrollbar in the outline panes

Expected result

Horizontal scrollbar in both outline panes are full height

Actual result

Horizontal scrollbar in top outline pane is clipped, ~80% of full height.

(Horizontal scrollbar in bottom outline pane is normal)

The scrollbar is overlapped by other UI elements, making it more difficult to grab. this isn’t about the specific way that the scrollbar is caused.

I provided you the easiest way to reproduce a horizontal scrollbar.

Other things can cause it too e.g. nested headings.

The scrollbar exists because sometimes it is necessary, and so it should be displayed correctly.
