Hiding the dots/ellipsis at the end of the line (for collapsed bullets/checklists)

Hiya peeps,

Does anyone know if there’s an option (or .CSS) to hide the ellipsis showing on a collapsed accordion/bullet, please?

I know its there to be helpful but I find it distracting haha. An option to configure this would be amazing!
