Hide and shift foldable hierarchy spans

Use case or problem

The hierarchy is very deep and you are running out of note width.

Proposed solution

A function that lets you choose a span of folds by click dragging between folding arrows. This temporarily moves the lower of the arrows to the upper of the arrows you chose, hiding those between.

It wouldn’t actually change the hierarchy, but instead just hide some of the levels while also temporarily shifting deep hierarchy leftwards, that is, until the bond is broken.

I imagine various ways the breaking of this bond would occur, but will leave this here for now.

Workaround: To use a hierarchy of headings and place folding lists within the headings and subheadings thus resetting the text to the left for each heading.

Thanks very much.
