Hi there,
i am looking for a plugin which can “hide” notes from the Search and further ignore the suggestion to link to these notes. It would be awesome to specify a note as “private” in the metadata.
Is there anything like that?

P.S.: i know that these kind of notes are aloways visible to the file explorer, but this would not be a problem
Have you simply tried the excluded files in the obsidian settings? This allows you to exclude a file or folder from search and link suggestions.
yeah thanks that would be an idea, but id like to switch this like on and off on the fly. When i am in private i find these files but when i am in public they sould be hidden
You can always use the Hide Folders plugin as a workaround - you simply put decide which notes to hide and put them in special folders, and then set the plugin to hide those folders automatically (and you get an sidebar eye icon that allows you to show/hide those special folders) - I use it to declutter my file explorer, but one can use it for hiding files, too
