Help to prevent spreading the spammers

Hi,

I wonder if there is something that (form) users can help with when spammers hit the forum. There is a “flag the message” option, but I am unsure if I should bother the moderators with that because they are already trying to delete spammers/posts.

So, how can we help when spammers hit the forum?

Right now, we are dealing with a flood. So if the post is very new, chances are we are already on the case.

If you ever notice one we miss, or someone edits a post to add a link after the fact, absolutely yes, feel free to flag it. It’s no bother.
