"Help" and "Open another vault" windows does not change color scheme

Steps to reproduce

I use macOS and light color scheme but the “Help” and “Open another vault” windows are black.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

Expected result

Windows must use the color scheme set in the settings.

Actual result

Windows do not use the color scheme set in the settings.

Not a bug, this is intentional at the moment.

And why was this done?! What is the reason for this decision?

So, it was always this way, at first mainly for branding, cause the website is also using dark mode.

But, there are also a few other problems:
The color scheme is set per vault, we don’t offer a global setting for it.
If we use “Adapt to system” we run into issues with users that prefer dark mode.
We would swap the color scheme for most users who haven’t changed the system setting, especially on Windows, since the system theme is not that noticeable there, especially on older systems.

I wouldn’t confuse branding with bad design. For branding there is the about window. There you can experiment with colors, shapes and more. The main program windows should look standard.
