Headings' folding arrows always visible

Problem: the arrows of the headings are only visible when folded. Once unfolded they fade, making them invisible unless you hover over the heading. This doesn’t allow you to know what section is folded and what isn’t.

Solution: there is already a workaround to fix this by creating a snippet but it’d be easier to just have an option in the appearance settings to make the arrows always visible and colored, no matter if the section is folded or not.

Thanks for posting! I added “folding” to the title to make it clearer.

I think visible folding arrows should be the default (especially on mobile).
