Since the update to v1.9.10, the header cssclass is ignored. Using the development tools (Shift Control i) I can see that nowhere in the page the value of cssclass is used.
Nothing in the release notes says anything about cssclass.

We have officially removed support for the properties tag, alias, cssclass in favor of tags, aliases and cssclasses.
I read the wrong release notes. I hadn’t seen there where different release notes voor desktop and tablet.
In general the desktop release notes will always contain more context. You can see at the top of the mobile release notes it mentions:
Includes all new functionality and bug fixes up to Obsidian Desktop v1.9.10.
