Having text blocks like Roam & Notion which could be linked to

I think that this feature would make writing with obsidian easier.

Let’s say I am taking notes from a book, and want to reference a quote from my highlights when making a YouTube video, I think that it would be interesting to link to that quote instead of copying it.

It would be great if Obsidian could handle block reference similar to Roam Research. That would allow users to reference smaller-than-header chunks (block) of another file. If the referred block changes, it would change in all files that make a reference to it.
