Have slash in note name use/create folder as in Quick Switcher

Use case or problem

Whenever a file is created with a / or \, it currently gives a warning that the filename is invalid, and will not create it

Proposed solution

Whenever either slash is present in a filename, it should automatically suggest to place the file inside of the directory (if said directory exists) or create the folder structure written automatically. It ideally would function similarly to the quick switcher, where holding a modifier key can influence how the file is handled.
