Groups in graph view are deleted after opening new canvas

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Graph View
  2. Set Groups
  3. Open Canvas
  4. Groups have disapeared

I did follow the troubleshooting guide and the exact problem happend in the sandbox too.

Expected result

I expect no change in my groups after opening a canvas

Actual result

Each time I open a new canvas my groups are deleted

Additional information

I´ve tried restarting the programm and I´ve updated to the most recent installer but it persists.
I have attachments saved to a custom folder, but problem is the same in sandbox with deffault settings.
I also just updated to the most recent installer and version but the issue persisted.

Going to an already created Canvas has no effect.

Here is the recording:

When I first tried to open a note after creating the groups they also disappeared, I have no clue why that happend but it usually doesn´t. After that the problem only happend when opening a new canvas as usual. Demonstration is in sandbox mode.

Yeah I was able to reproduce one time and then it worked. We’ll look into it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. change any graph view settings
  2. while in the graph tab, change to another file
  3. click the back button to return to graph view.
  4. repeat

Expected result

Every time I click the back button, the graph groups (as well as all the other settings) remain the same as I last set it reliably and predictably.

Actual result

all the graph view settings will reset to default after an arbitrary number times doing the actions repeatedly. Sometimes it takes 1 cycle, sometimes it take tens of cycles. I do not currently see any pattern in the reset.
