Kindly another user helped me to get this started but I’m in need of breaking this down and not sure how to start 
What I’m trying to do
I have notes for a client entered by Date as the Header and then the entry details below. (see image one) The code the other user helped me with was to show the entries using Dataview. However the results will not show each entry with the associated Date Header. It clumps all the dates. (see image two).
Is there a way to show the results by the date and ONLY show the latest date and entry?
Things I have tried
My limited knowledge of Dataview on this one has me stumped
Any help is so greatly appreciated. And thanks to @dawni for helping me get this started!
