Steps to reproduce
- Open any graph view (global or local)
- zoom out so the labels disappear from the nodes
- hover over a node and see the text is obscure by the cursor

Expected result
The label is positions on hover in a way so it is not obscured by the cursor
Actual result
- the Node title can’t be read, because it is obscured by the cursor
- this is made worse, by the switching from a small arrow cursor to a clickable cursor (hand on my Mac)
