Steps to reproduce
- Open graph view and a note in 2 side-by-side splits
- Click around on the note pane (specifically click where a graph node would be)
Expected result
Nothing should happen outside of moving the cursor
Actual result
The graph node is receiving the touch event even outside the boundaries of the graph view viewport. This causes unexpected navigation.
