Graph View: Duplicate

After writing some Notes and made links (I am sure that all links are written correctly) and saw that the graph view shows some Links/Pages twice. Like [[Moral Animal]] etc.
In de Backlink Section there is only link/page.

Expected result

Every Link/Page shows up only once.

Environment

Acer Alpha Switch 12
Windows 10
Obsidian version: 6.0
Using custom CSS: Andy Matuschak V2 and 80er Retro Theme

The graph view has been reworked in 0.6.4.
Do you still have the issue?
Also, are you sure you don’t have same weird file naming issue where the filenames look the same but they aren’t?
