I’m a big fan of the Graph Analysis plugin. I think it makes the Graph View really become a necessary part of using Obsidian for analysis. So I took a closer look at all the algorithms to see what works, when. (note: not a statistician or coder, so this is totally a layman’s look at it)

Yes, Graph Analysis is a fantastic plugin that deserves more attention.
For example, When browsing RANDOM note, I noticed that my note on CARTILAGE was correlated to Multiple Sclerosis via inflammation, something I hadn’t thought about before.
Likewise, it’s amusing when browsing a person’s profile and a note on a learning conditions comes up in the sidebar, when I hadn’t thought about that person like that before!
These thoughts would never had happened without this plugin.
