Get an array of all files, including non-existent ones?

I notice that the quick switcher always includes non-existent files for which there’s a backlink.

If I understand correctly, this means that somewhere in the Obsidian API there’s a method or data structure that contains information about such non-existent files. Can I somehow access that?
