I currently have a last-update: section in my yaml frontmatter but I’d like it to update automatically when changes are made to the note. Is there currently a way to do this?

U can use Linter plugin. Under YAML find YAML Timestamp. U can change the key to ur preferred like last-updated
There’s a plugin called “Update frontmatter time on edit”.
