What I’m trying to do

I’m looking for two (and a lot more) features around formatting tables, but I don’t find any hint.

  1. I want to combine neighboured cells of one column to a single cell but in some rows.
  2. I want to fix the width of columns
    Is there someone with an idea, hint, help?
