Footnote popover isn't working as expected

My previously made footnotes show ‘unable to find section’ instead of content text.

The same if I turn off all plugins and snippets. If I click on it, it jumps correctly so it has correct syntax. Plugin with the same function works well though.

It starts to work as expected if I modify something around footnote (like add or delete space after colon, add another footnote, add space before footnote id…) or if I copy&paste the same text to another note. I failed to reproduce the problem in my newly typed footnotes. I don’t know what else but a bug it could be.
