Floating/ Pop-out Windows

Floating windows would be awesome for people using multiple monitors.

i.e I could have the main window open for reference material and an editor window open on a second monitor for the document that I’m working on.

+1 - This would be great. Working from home these days, with a sub-optimal monitor setup, and being able to pop out sub-windows would help. Don’t forget the keyboard shortcut!

Osidians use of multiple editors reminds me of blenders highly configurable use of panels/windows. pop-out/floating windows are a must for multiple monitor reference/workflow
