File property : Tags list scrolls to top by it self

Hey

Steps to reproduce

When Adding tags using file property after selecting the tag the window of tags scrolls up by it self causing me forget where i was in the tag list

for example when i scroll down to tag13 after selecting tag13 the window which is showing the tags scrolls up to tag2 and again I have to scroll down and this makes me lose the thread of the where i was and ….

Expected result

I want the tag list to stand still and just the selected tag gets out of the tag list so i continue selecting the other relevant tags

Actual result

tag list gets scrolled up by itself

Hello. The list there and the list that you get when you write a link, are not exhaustive lists but are suggestion lists that refine as you type.
