File Colors Not Working!

What I’m trying to do

So, after the recent update, I’ve noticed that the file-colors community plugin has ceased to stop working indefinitely which allowed me to add custom colors to help organize my big folders.

Things I have tried

I have tried contacting the dev, but they look like they’re away from the obsidian modding scene or just aren’t paying much attention to File Colors.

If there’s any other plugin that has a similar way of editing the color of the file text like how this plugin does it it would be really helpful!

This one looks a bit more recent (last updated three weeks ago):

Manually you can color folders and files with css snippets. A simple example:

[data-path="00 inbox"] .tree-item-inner {
    color: hotpink;
}

[data-path="00 meta"] .tree-item-inner {
    color: limegreen;
}
