[Feature] Tapping top of app doesn't scroll to top on iOS/iPadOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Scroll note until top is out of view.
2. Tap top of screen.

Expected result

Note scrolls to top (standard behavior on iOS/iPadOS).

Actual result

Nothing happens.

Environment

• Operating system: iOS 15.2.1 & iPadOS 15.2.1

• Debug info:
  I don’t see “Show debug info” in the command palette on either system.

Tapping the status bar now scrolls to top as of v1.4.1! (Sometimes it only scrolls partway to the top, but a second tap finishes the job.)
