[Feature] Move button for note actions

Currently, to open the note actions (star, delete, find, etc.), we have to open the right sidebar and then click on the three dots. I think it would make sense to move this button in the bar on top of the screen, on the right of the title. This would reduce a lot the number of clicks for common actions.

You can long-hold the three dot menu on screen to achieve just that - screen real estate is hard to manage, and adding more buttons would reduce the space available for the file name. I think this is the best trade-off at this point.
