Steps to reproduce
- Have note named “Concept1”.
- Note also talks about concept 2, so add “Concept2” to it’s aliases frontmatter field.
- Have some headings in the note, e.g. “## Concept1”, “## Concept2”.
- The Concept2 heading grows unwieldy, so decide to right-click > Extract this heading

Expected result
A new note would be created and the alias (ideally but optionally) removed.
Actual result
the heading was simply moved to the bottom of the note, since the heading text exactly matches the alias of the current note.
