External links to perform a command in Obsidian

Things I have tried

I’ve searched through the forum, and I have found suggestions to use the “Buttons” plugin. But my intention is to have links external to Obsidian, so buttons or links inside Obsidian are of no use to me.

What I’m trying to do

I want to leverage having links in contexts external to Obsidian that, when clicked, would open Obsidian and perform a certain command. Specifically, I want to use apps like Alfred or Raycast to have actions that open such a link. For instance, if I could have a link to the command “Open monthly note”, I could have this action triggered by a Raycast Quicklink.
