Now I finally know why hints like >>… just use the “export to pdf” << command are always taken for granted: Obsidian for Windows & MacOS have a menu bar - not O. for the iPad. Or can I activate it somewhere?
I also find it quite strange that an editor cannot print. And if it’s the Obsidian philosophy that people don’t print anymore these days - why is there apparently (subject to your hints) no menu bar (with PDF export), especially on mobile devices? The PDF-Export is really needed. When I send Obsidian files to colleagues (with the hint that they are plain text files), all I get is complaints. All recipients complain about the annoying symbols included, such as double stars, hyperlinks that cannot be opened… I get into storytelling. …
