I actually develop a plugin for this called Webpage HTML Export

It exports documents to HTML and preserves all styling, links, images, and all interactive elements like foldable headers, copyable code blocks, collapsible callouts.

You can also optionally include any of: an interactive table of contents, theme toggle, graph view, vault file tree, and more to come!

Is there a way to export the attachements in the file as well?
