Expand button visual glitch and not working

Steps to reproduce

When clicking on the "Collapse/Expand" button on the top left bar, after collapsing the sidebar, if I put the mouse cursor over the button again to expand, it starts to blink rapidly and it doesn't work.

I have to put the cursor exactly in the center of the button to make it works properly.

It happens also in Sandbox vault.

Expected result

To click everywhere on the button and have the same results (it should works always, no matter where exactly I click it).

Sure. I had to speed it up a bity and compress it to stay into the 4MB limit, but I think the bug is clearly visible.

To be clear, when the button blinks, it’s not me that I’m trying to click (I just try once) but it blinks by itself (just standing with the mouse cursor over it). The blinking is less visible than using the light theme, but it is still there together with the “not working” behavior.

If I go to the middle of it and click, it will work.
