Steps to reproduce

On iOS. Open Settings. Open Plugins or Community Plugins. Open the options of any particular plugin or community plugin. Exit by tapping the left arrow (top left).

(For purpose of replication there is no community plugin.)

Can please post a screen recording of this happening in a new vault. I am not sure I understand what you are doing.

Not sure if this slight rephrasing helps, but:

On a phone:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Core Plugins.
  3. In the list, on the Backlinks line, tap the settings gear.
  4. In the upper left corner of the Backlinks settings page, tap the back arrow.

Expected: Return to Core Plugins.

Instead: Return to Settings.

Ok, Has this ever worked?

I don’t know.

This has always behaved this way, so it’s probably more of a feature request.

I agree that it’s unintuitive. Someone suggested this as a feature request in kepano’s recent “paper cuts” reddit post.

Indeed it was upvoted on the paper cuts reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/ObsidianMD/comments/1qb7ppj/comment/nz8ubw1/ (for desktop)

Thank you for your clarification and attention
