Steps to reproduce

  1. Create two adjacent callouts with ordered lists.
  2. Modify the last element of the ordered list in the first callout.

Expected result

The numbering of the ordered list in the second callout should not be modified.

Actual result

The numbering of the ordered list in the second callout is modified.
