Hi i have a problem opening notes in obsidian, however when i change the name the problem fixes for some time, and then pops again.
The error message is: Failed to open “”

This problem happen in all my vaults, the obsidian vault folder is in my documents, Also i have tried running as admin, problem still persist. Anyways thank you

we will have a fix in v1.8.8. No ETAs
and you can try this to see if it helps for now:
Here’s the work-around I’m using in the Windows version until this is resolved…
Right click in the files list on the document that is failing to open
Select “Open in default app” (Mine is Visual Studio but could be any text editor)
Add a line somewhere in the document and save it
You should now be able to open it in Obsidian
