Use case or problem
Spell checking and proof reading using a common and well established protocol.
My specific problem is spell checking and proof reading Finnish. There is only one solution currently, voikko https://voikko.puimula.org/ . It supports Enchant protocol but to me it seems that Obsidian does not support Enchant.
Proposed solution
Add native Enchant support to Obsidian. This should offload spell checking to external dependencies on Linux systems at least.
