Enabling "Restricted mode" resets custom zoom level using the 1.13.4 installer

Steps to reproduce

  1. set a custom zoom level (Settings > Interface > Zoom level)
  2. enable Restricted mode

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y]

Expected result

Restricted mode is enabled and the custom zoom setting remains the same.

Actual result

Zoom level is reset to 100%.

1.13.4 installer / 1.13.4 version → enable Restricted mode: custom zoom resets to 100%.

Probably related, the Reload app without saving action also resets the zoom level in the latest version.
