Steps to reproduce
- Go to Android Settings > System > Advanced > Developer Options > Simulate Color Space
- Toggle setting from Disabled to one of the simulated color spaces (monochromacy, dueteranomaly, protoanomaly, or tritanomaly)
a. Or toggle from one of the color spaces to Disabled.
Expected result
Obsidian does nothing. Since there’s no setting in Obsidian Mobile that seems to follow or respond to the system theme or color space settings, I would expect Obsidian to be agnostic to what I do to the Color Space.
Actual result
Obsidian reloads.
Environment
- Operating system: CalyxOS 2.11.0 (Android 11)
- Obsidian version: 1.0.5
Additional information
Switching between simulated color spaces does not reload Obsidian, only switching from Disabled to a Color Space, or from a Color Space to Disabled.
This may seem minor but I use a toggle to switch from color to grayscale and it’s not ideal to have to wait for Obsidian to reload every time.
