Empty notes after importing from Bear

What I’m trying to do

Import my Bear notes into Obsidian using a Bear backup and the official Importer plugin. The import proceeds, but many (most?) notes are imported as just a heading/title with no content or tags. Some notes are imported perfectly. I don’t see a difference between those that come over and those that don’t.

Things I have tried

Deleting and reinstalling Obsidian. Deleting the backup and re-exporting/backing up Bear. Quitting and restarting Obsidian. Deleting the imported files and re-importing. I’ve searched the forum and the website’s help documents and can’t see anything like this. Thank you!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I posted in “Help” instead of “Bug reports” because I’m not sure if I’m doing something to mess the process up.

Since Importer is a community plugin (managed by Obsidian’s developers), you might check the Issues page of its GitHub for discussion of the problem. (The GitHub is linked near the top of the plugin’s description.) That would also be the correct place to post a bug report if it turns out you’ve found a bug (but asking here for help is fine).
