Steps to reproduce

add a tag like:

#0tag/

and open Tag Pane

Expected result

I think there should be one tag #0tag

I am not sure I agree with you. The behaviour of #0tag/ may look a little odd but it’s consistent.

For me the issue is that #0tag/ creates two levels of tags. First #0tag and Secound is empty

I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature

I don’t think it’s a bug. Maybe a questionable design.
