Embedding Lists Format Broken

I am experiencing some odd behavior when trying to embed a note with a numbered list. The formatting is wrong, and I can’t seem to find what is causing it. The screenshot below is from the sandbox vault:

As you can see, the embedding is not reflective of the note it is pulling from.

If you switch your source note (on the left) to Reading view, it will most likely look like the embedded (rendered) version.
