Steps to reproduce

  1. embed a video i a new note: ![[video.mp4]]
  2. try to play the video: nothing happens

Additional information

On Windows, after installing Obsidian 1.13.4 with the current installer, embedded HTML videos (MP4 H.264/AAC) show controls but do not render/play correctly.

The same videos play in Edge, VLC and Obsidian mobile.
Downgrading only the installer to version 1.10.6 while keeping Obsidian 1.13.4 immediately restore correct video playback.
This suggests a regression in the installer/runtime rather than in the Obsidian application itself.
