Embedded pdf shows blank box in ipados 14.2

1. Embed a pdf inside a note in editing view.
2. Change to reading view.

Able to view embedded pdf inside notes in reading view.

Actual result

Pdf shows blank box in both reading view and live preview editing mode.

does it happen with all pdfs or one specific pdf?
