Eliminating line unwanted line separators in a template

Here’s a demonstration of my nerdy compulsiveness.

I use the minimal theme for my Obsidian appearance. Very nice. But when I use footnotes, at the bottom of the doc above the footnotes is a line separator, automatically placed. I’d prefer not to have this separator. Does anyone know where in the CSS I can modify this? My understanding of CSS can be shaky. Thank you for catering to my oddball aesthetics.

Does this snippet work with the Minimal theme?

.markdown-preview-view hr {
    border: none;

A kind human on Discord suggested this:

.footnotes hr { display: none }

Worked like a charm. Thank you for replying, Angel.
